The exhibition presents the work of the Institute's members alongside works by non-member artists, selected from an international open call. The RI annual exhibition showcases a variety of works in watercolour, acrylic, ink, and gouache. The show is the largest of its kind, featuring over 400 of the finest contemporary water-based media paintings worldwide. Since its founding in 1831, the RI has become universally recognised as one of the leading art institutes.
