Echoes of Existence, Upper Gulbenkian Gallery, Royal College of Art, London, UK                                      15–19 April 2024

Echoes of Existence examines the dynamic interplay between social and political issues and the human body. The exhibition presents how the body is evolving amidst the profound changes of the modern world and how its portrayal—deeply rooted in history—serves as a lens to comprehend these transformations. As the world shapes us, we in turn shape our understanding of the world. The exhibition explores the body as a powerful tool to observe the devastating realities of our time—wars, widespread protests, ecological crises, and debates over gender and identity. Positioned within a broader human experience, these shared struggles shape our collective reality and empower us to confront and navigate the complexities of the present.
